Live wedding illustrations
Live event illustration is a great addition to your wedding or event. Not only does it provide you and your guests with fun entertainment, but your guests get to take home a unique favour that won't live in their junk draw!
I will sketch your friends and family during your event, party, or wedding (Wedding reception or single venue only. Cocktail hour is available if at the same location as the reception.) Guests are able to take home their illustrations, serving as fun and unique entertainment for your guests, that won't find its way to the junk draw.

One of the benefits of pen and marker sketches are that there is zero drying time! I seal up the drawings in individual plastic sleeves, that your guests can pick up before they leave.

How live wedding/event illustrations work

Please fill out the enquiry form and I will be in touch (usually within 2 business days). If your wedding date is available, I’ll contact you to organise a video consult. If not, I will offer to place you on my wait-list, in the event that your date does become available.
Initial video or phone consultation
During this consultation we will get to know each other and discuss what’s included in your chosen package. Following our consultation you will need to sign a contract and put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your chosen date.
Closer to your wedding day...
We will discuss on-the-day logistics and your chosen set up. You will have the option to either provide me with a 2m x 1m (minimum) rectangular table station, decorated to your liking. Alternatively, I am happy to bring my own table with a black table cloth.

The full invoice must be paid 1month out from your wedding day.
On the day

I will arrive at your reception location prior to you and your guests to set up.
I aim to begin sketching whilst you and your guests are at your ceremony (roughly 1 hour) to get things underway, and will continue to sketch from your cocktail hour and through your reception. At a 6 hour wedding, I can draw roughly 40-50 people. Please also consider time for brief breaks and moments between guests.)

If you are having a larger wedding, or would like additional drawings completed after your wedding day to accommodate additional guest portraits, I have a range of packages to suit.
Afterwards
I will email you a digital copy of each portrait completed on the night. I will also post any additional drawings if applicable (as outlined in your chosen package.)
Delivery
For packages including post-wedding illustrations, these will be protective wrapped before sending. I offer $10 tracked postage within Australia.

If you are happy with the quote I will provide an invoice.
Payment of invoice
I will require the full invoice to be paid before commencing work on your illustration.
When your illustration is completed (generally 2 weeks after payment of invoice)
I will protective wrap and gift wrap your drawing. I offer $10 tracked postage, or free postage on two or more illustrations.​​​
